On Monday, Yashasvi Jaiswal showcased his exceptional skills in IPL 2025, continuing his impressive run for the Rajasthan Royals. Playing in Jaipur, he surpassed the 400-run mark for the season, contributing significantly to the team's third victory. Although he played a supporting role, it was Vaibhav Suryavanshi who stole the spotlight with a remarkable century. Jaiswal, at just 23, expressed admiration for the 14-year-old's talent, predicting a bright future for him.
This season, Jaiswal has emerged as one of the top openers, although he faced a challenging day on Monday. His partner, Suryavanshi, delivered an explosive performance, scoring a historic century. Together, they formed a formidable opening partnership of 166 runs, with Suryavanshi smashing 101 runs off just 37 balls, leaving the Gujarat Titans' bowlers struggling to respond.
After the match, Jaiswal praised Suryavanshi's incredible innings, stating, "It was one of the best I’ve seen. I hope he continues this form for us. I encouraged him to keep going, and he played some amazing shots. His hard work in the nets is evident. He possesses the skill, temperament, and mentality to succeed. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors."
